Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This policy governs acceptable use of the TraderBotz platform, API, community forum, and self-hosted node software. By using any of these services, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to modify it at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TraderBotz for any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the platform
• Sharing or selling your account credentials
• Using automated tools to abuse API rate limits or overload the platform
• Posting spam, harassment, or malicious content on the community forum
• Manipulating leaderboard rankings through fake or wash trading
• Operating bots in violation of exchange terms of service
• Using the platform to circumvent sanctions or trade restrictions

3. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Auth endpoints are limited to 3–10 requests per minute. General API endpoints are limited to 200 requests per minute. Excessive use may result in temporary throttling. We may adjust these limits to ensure fair access for all users and platform stability.

4. Community Forum Guidelines

When participating in the community forum, you must: be respectful; avoid spam; not impersonate others; never share others' API keys or credentials; and not promote illegal activity. We may remove content that violates these guidelines and take action against repeat offenders.

5. Self-Hosted Nodes

Self-hosted node software may only be used with your own legitimate exchange accounts. Do not distribute, share, or resell node access. Hardware fingerprinting detects unauthorized duplication. Violations may result in immediate revocation of access.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in: a warning; temporary suspension of your account or API access; permanent ban; or reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. We determine the appropriate response based on the severity and context of the violation.
