1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website at traderbotz.com, using our web application at bots.traderbotz.com, or installing and using our iOS mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TraderBotz. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must also comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. TraderBotz may not be available in all countries or regions; it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful where you reside. We do not offer our services to individuals or entities in jurisdictions where such use would violate local law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@traderbotz.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Platform Description

TraderBotz is a software-only, non-custodial SaaS platform for automated trading bots. We provide tools that enable you to configure, deploy, and manage algorithmic trading bots that connect to third-party exchanges and prediction markets via APIs. Our platform is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or money services business. We do not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time. All user funds remain in your own accounts at third-party exchanges. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. TraderBotz supports connections to Crypto.com, Coinbase, Robinhood Crypto, and Polymarket; support for additional platforms may be added or removed at our discretion.

5. API Key Handling

To enable automated trading, you provide API credentials from your exchange accounts. You are responsible for creating and managing these credentials. We strongly recommend that you use trade-only API keys that do not permit withdrawals. We encrypt API keys at rest and use them only to execute trades on your behalf in accordance with your bot configurations. We do not have the ability to withdraw, transfer, or otherwise move funds from your exchange accounts. You may revoke API access at any time by disabling or deleting the keys in your exchange account settings. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised API keys, misconfigured permissions, or exchange-side restrictions.

6. Billing and Payments

TraderBotz offers several billing options: monthly subscriptions (Starter $4.99, Growth $9.99, Pro $19.99), consumable token packages for pay-per-trade usage, and per-trade fees ($0.005 per trade). Payments are processed via Stripe on the web and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. By subscribing or purchasing tokens, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. Token packages and per-trade fees are consumed as you use the platform. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Self-Hosted Nodes

TraderBotz offers self-hosted node software that allows you to run trading bots on your own hardware. If you use a self-hosted node, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of your node and the environment in which it runs. Your use of self-hosted software is subject to the same Terms and any separate license terms provided with the software. We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware or operating systems. Self-hosted nodes may have different billing treatment (e.g., reduced or waived per-trade fees) as described in our pricing documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content on the TraderBotz platform are owned by TraderBotz LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software or content without our prior written consent. The "TraderBotz" name and logo are our trademarks.

9. User Content

Our platform may include a community forum or other areas where users can post content. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the platform. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. Prohibited content includes: illegal material, spam, malware, content that harasses or defames others, or content that infringes intellectual property. We may remove content that violates these rules or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security; (d) use the platform to distribute malware or engage in phishing; (e) circumvent any usage limits, billing controls, or access restrictions; (f) resell or commercially exploit the platform without our written permission; or (g) use the platform in a manner that could harm us, our users, or third parties. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE, PROFITABILITY, OR RESULTS FROM USING OUR TRADING BOTS. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERBOTZ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TraderBotz LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your trading activity and any losses incurred; or (e) any content you submit to the platform. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

14. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Cryptocurrency and prediction market trading are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. TraderBotz does not provide investment advice. AI-generated analysis, strategy signals, and bot configurations are informational tools only—they are not personalized investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and making your own trading decisions. Past performance of any bot or strategy does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Consider consulting a qualified financial adviser before trading.

15. Third-Party Services

TraderBotz integrates with third-party exchanges (Crypto.com, Coinbase, Robinhood Crypto, Polymarket), AI providers (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI), and payment processors (Stripe, Apple). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Outages, API changes, rate limits, or policy changes by third parties may affect platform functionality. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

16. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain account data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

17. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at support@traderbotz.com to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction specified in the Governing Law section below, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.
