Billing & Refund Policy

TraderBotz LLC ("TraderBotz," "we," "us," or "our") offers flexible billing options for our automated trading platform. This policy explains how billing works, how we process payments, and our refund practices.

1. Billing Models

We offer three billing options. You can mix and match (e.g., a subscription plus token packages).

Token Packages

Prepaid tokens are deducted per trade. New accounts receive 5,000 free tokens at signup. Additional packages:

  • $4.99 — 1,000 tokens
  • $9.49 — 2,000 tokens
  • $17.99 — 4,000 tokens
  • $29.99 — 7,500 tokens
  • $49.99 — 15,000 tokens

Subscriptions

  • Starter — $4.99/month: 5 bots, 1 exchange
  • Growth — $9.99/month: 15 bots, all exchanges, private bots
  • Pro — $19.99/month: unlimited bots, priority support

Fee-Based

$0.005 per trade. No upfront cost. Fees are charged as trades execute.

2. Payment Processing

Web payments are processed by Stripe. iOS purchases use Apple In-App Purchase. TraderBotz does not store credit card information. Payment data is held by Stripe and Apple according to their respective policies.

3. Subscription Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Token Expiration

Tokens do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.

5. Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions: Prorated refund available within the first 7 days of a new subscription.
  • Tokens: Non-refundable once purchased. Tokens represent prepaid usage.
  • Fee-based: No refunds on per-trade fees.

6. Apple In-App Purchase

Purchases made through the iOS app via Apple In-App Purchase are governed by Apple's refund policies. For refunds on IAP purchases, contact Apple directly through your purchase history or reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Free Tier

Paper trading on self-hosted nodes is free. New accounts receive 5,000 tokens at signup.

8. Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Notice may be provided via email or in-app. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
