Trade Ledger

The ledger tracks every trade across all your bots. View history, analyze P&L, and export to Excel.

Accessing the Ledger

Click Ledger in the sidebar to see your complete trade history.

What Each Trade Shows

• ✓ Instrument name (e.g., BTC_USD)
• ✓ Side — BUY or SELL
• ✓ Quantity and price
• ✓ USD value of the trade
• ✓ Realized P&L (for sell trades)
• ✓ Bot name and ID
• ✓ Timestamp

Filtering

• Mode Filter — Toggle between All, Live, and Paper trades
• Bot Filter — View trades for a specific bot

Exporting to Excel

Click the Export button and choose a time range:

• ▶ Year to Date (YTD)
• ▶ Last Month
• ▶ Past 30 Days
• ▶ Past 90 Days
• ▶ All Time

The Excel file includes all trade fields, making it easy to import into spreadsheets for tax reporting or deeper analysis.

Per-Bot P&L

Each bot's detail page shows a P&L summary with total trades, win rate, gross profit/loss, and trade annotations. Use this for per-strategy performance review.
